Terms of Service

Service Availability & Uptime

Senetlab provides cloud infrastructure for development and testing purposes. We do not offer specific uptime guarantees for our standard or trial plans. Service availability is provided on an "as-is" basis.

For customers on our Dedicated Instance plan, service level agreements (SLAs) including uptime guarantees are established and governed by a separate written contract.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Misuse of the infrastructure, including but not limited to unauthorized access, interference with service, or illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of your account.

Subscription Expiration & Data Retention

If your subscription expires, you will have a grace period of 7 days to renew your subscription. During this period, you will not be able to use your resources. After 7 days, your resources (Machines,Appliances,etc) will be permanently deleted. To download your data, please contact support.
